Tickets can be purchased via website:     

You can book a ticket for every concert. Reserved tickets must be purchased within 14 days from the booking date, but not later than 3 days before the concert. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. 

An hour before the concert starts, we sell tickets for concerts taking place on a given day only. You are entitled to a refund upon display of your receipt prior to the start of the concert for which the tickets had been purchased.  

We have discount and standard tickets in every price range. We offer discount tickets to schoolchildren, students, senior citizens, pensioners and disabled people. Art school and university students can buy tickets with special discount.
Discount tickets are not available in the following series: ‘The Metropolitan Opera’, ‘Meeting with musical note’, ‘The Music Explorers’ and ‘Baby boom boom’.

When you buy tickets for at least three concerts in a month, you will receive a discount in the amount of 10 zl from the standard price for every purchased ticket. Promotion does not apply to concerts at a special price.

The building is accessible for disabled people. If you are late, you  will be allowed to come in only if it is not disturbing to others in the audience. If that is the case, you will  not be allowed to come in until the break. Please make sure your mobile phone and other sound devices are switched off. Recording, photographing concerts and broadcasting is prohibited by law.
